How long does it take for the goods I ship through you to arrive?
In Switzerland, deliveries are guaranteed within 48 hours of collection.
In Italy, deliveries are made in about 3 working days from the date of collection , except for customs inspections whose times cannot be declared in advance.
Prohibited items
Prohibited items are goods that cannot be shipped due to limitations of transport companies and for safety reasons.

Does Logisticplan only work with private customers?
NO, LogisticPlan also works with companies that have shipments to be made, but do not have the time or resources to deal with them. In that case we provide, in addition to the advantageous rates, also the management of transport and assistance in case of problems with the forwarder.
Can I contact LogisticPlan only for shipments to Switzerland?
NO, we can also ship abroad through the partners we work with to offer you the most convenient rates.
Waybills
All freight forwarders who collaborate with LogisticPlan have their own waybill containing the information on the shipment.
The goods must always be entrusted with the shipping document glued to the package.
The customer is required to ensure that the waybill is correctly attached on the package. In the event that the goods are delivered without a label, or with an incorrect label, LogisticPlan and the courier will not be liable in the event of reversal or loss.
It is always the sender's responsibility to double check the information on the label before entrusting the goods to the carrier and contacting customer service in case of problems with the latter.
